  Not happy at all I ordered a jumbo and I received a small 2ounce. They are not trying to do anything to fix the problem like send me another 2ounce or refund my money back to make it right. My God 😡🤬🤦🏽‍♀️🙄

  My package came in place until I opened it. The bottle was leaked out and the bottle was totally empty. I am so disappointed because I purchased this for my daughter.

  HONEST REVIEW: This actually made my scalp WORSE! My scalp STAYED itchy and dry. My stylist washed/treated my scalp just now, the pic posted are how my scalp looks right now (irritated, burning, red, painful and sensitive and this was the only oil I’ve been using on my scalp all month). Never again!

  For the price of the product it should be sealed properly so that the product will not spill out of the container like mines did. Half of the bottle was in the bag nice golden bag btw.

  I’ve seen this oil all over TikTok and I decided to order. I received my order the bag soaked with the oil. I open it and the bottle was broken no oil was in the bottle. Trying to get my refund which they are giving me hard time. Won’t be ordering due to poor communication when I message them.

  Bad packaging. I thought maybe my first one was miss handled and mailman busted the bottle. So I ordered a second one and again the bottle was open and spilled all over. Just terrible

  I have ordered from you before and the same thing, oil spilled all in the package when I received it. How do you get a refund from this? Bottle wasn’t even full. As you can see from the picture and video, how much oil is in the bag.

  It’s very unfortunate when you’re trying a product for the first time and the first impression is the lack of care and packaging of your item. Haven’t tried the serum but it spilling everywhere made me not want to try it, but I will because I paid for it so I guess we will see if it was worth it.

  Terrible packaging. I opened my package and the top was off and the bottle completely empty. The oil wasted all in the inside of the package. I didn’t even get a chance to use it. Waste of money.

  I’d give 0 stars if I could. Save yourself the time, money, AND effort. I bought this to make my hair thicker, than what it already was. Now I’m getting bald spots all over my head. Not to mention, the bottle was only half full when I got it in the mail. Now I have to go to a dermatologist.🙃
