What is ScrollSure?

ScrollSure helps you understand product specifications, review themes, price comparisons, and return conditions before buying. Reports distinguish listing claims from supporting evidence and highlight missing information so you can make an informed decision.

How do I find a product analysis?

Paste a TikTok Shop US product link to submit a private check, or open an available report from the homepage. The check page shows processing status and lets you cancel. Completed checks show captured listing details, version prices, review excerpts and seller information. Review themes, independent comparisons, personal suitability and return eligibility may remain unassessed. Image identification is currently unavailable.

Can a rules library tell me if I can return a product?

A general rules library can explain return-policy concepts and suggest questions. It cannot determine the terms of an unidentified seller or guarantee eligibility. A useful answer needs the applicable seller policy, item and condition, purchase location, and relevant dates. Consumer rights can also vary by location and circumstances.

What makes two product prices comparable?

Match the exact model, version, size, quantity, condition, and included accessories first. Then compare the checkout costs and any discount eligibility. Missing delivery fees or variant details should stay unknown; a lower listed price alone does not establish a better offer or a guaranteed lowest price.

Can product analysis guarantee quality or authenticity?

No. Listing claims, photographs, specifications, and review excerpts do not by themselves authenticate an item or guarantee quality, durability, or personal suitability. Analysis should explain what each source supports, distinguish claims from test results, and make unsupported conclusions visible.

Do review themes represent every buyer’s experience?

No. Review themes describe the particular material examined, not every buyer or your future experience. Useful summaries identify the source, product version, and sample. Repeated comments can suggest a question worth investigating, but do not prove that feedback is authentic or establish how often an issue occurs.
