The product looked great in the advertisement, and I was excited to receive it. Unfortunately, it arrived in what appeared to be an opened box, and the item was scratched and looked used, refurbished, I expected a brand-new product and am very disappointed. Photos attached. Needs to be replaced!

The box looks like it was run over. This was a gift for my dad so in order to make it presentable I'm going to put it together and give it to him that way hopefully it works because there is no time to wait for a refund and replacement. Not happy.
