  The product arrived open; it doesn't look genuine. I do not recommend it. It looks like some stickers were removed from the bottom of the box.

  Apenas la abrí hace unos días y mira lo que descubrí, un hueco que cabe mi dedo completo eso es un fraude porque solo uso de poquito y no se si vi a encontrar otro hueco que tristeza 😔😔😔y si es la original pero nunca me había pasada esto y me di cuenta porque cuando agarré sentí que se hundio

  Jar wasn't filled to the top, jar came in a brown box with paper stuffing, not the yellow box like all the others are coming in. The smell is like plastic. No hints of lavender, not even a beef smell. I'm not sure if I got a bad batch.

  So um I didn't even get to use the product because it was completely caked with dead ants as soon as I took it out of the box. I know it's supposed to be all natural but this is disgusting!!!!!!!!!

  Hoy lo recibí y viene toda la caja exterior derramada y al abrir el frasco el sello no estaba totalmente celado, y el frasco me llegó con la mitad del producto.

  I received an open item. The aluminum seal was half open and the oil spilled inside. It was hot so it melted. Also, I don't know if the jar was supposed to be full or whoever had it before used it then returned it. I had to wait until it solidified to see how much was really in there.

  Mi artículo jamás lo he recibido recibido y ya la tienda lo reporta como entregado y no me dejan poner la opción de artículo perdido , tengo ring cámara en la puerta principal si lo hubieran dejado cerca de la puerta principal o alrededor de la casa hubiéramos visto por cámara la persona con la entrega o el artículo y nunca fue asi , quiero mi reembolso o mi artículo por el k pagué por favor

  I was SO excited to receive this today. I don’t know if it’s a knockoff, used product (clearly opened) or both. The box was ripped and sticker detached, seal lifted enough to see a fingerprint in the product. I’m beginning to think purchases on this app are a scam artist's delight. Throwing away $

  I usually have pretty clear skin so it’s easy for me to notice a difference when I use a different product on my skin. I started using this because I did have some minor bumps on my forehead. I used this for around a week and my forehead started getting filled with pimples :,(((

  This seller was advertising one day that was a sale instead of 2oz I will get 4oz so I was excited because I always wanted to order this cream, well today I get my order and my surprise was that the cream was only 2oz and is not having the cover when is new, so I’m very disappointed ☹️
