  I received it with the part that goes over the black sponge wrapped and curved. It does not fit which makes the silver liner tray not fit. At first I was told I did not have to pay for the return in chat but later on saw my request for the refund was quickly denied. You can clearly see that the piece has a curve to it! Zero stars

  HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Received this item today with packaging completely crushed. Opened the package and sure enough the item was damaged with a huge crack. I submitted a refund/exchange request and was denied twice stating “lack of proof”. I sent multiple pics and a video and still denied.

  Not what is displayed in ad. You need to download an app that doesn't work and then once you download the app you can no longer access your online functions for the manual functions of filtering out the water or emptying out the water

  I must’ve gotten a defective one. It overflows. It will not refill, it says the fresh water is empty. Even when completely full it will mot refill. The red light comes on.

  It left water stains right where this was sitting at. I try to wipe it down and the stain came up again. I had to put the device under a training pad. After weeks of going back with seller with miscommunication, they failed to provide me with the adequate compensation for my damaged floors.

  I never received my item after waiting and its original date was oct 8 and today it was said to be delivered and it was delivered to the wrong address. I’m completely distraught by this experience and have never had this with tik tok shop. I would like a refund and for this to be solved. It clearly shows the correct address and the adress that it was delivered to. It does not match. I need you’ll to take accountability and do the right thing. I’m still waiting on another item that hasn’t even been shipped yet. I’m completely disappointed in this situation and have lost complete faith.

  My package got “delivered” the first photo is of the package room the delivery driver uploaded. The second room is MY package room. After submitting two claims, I got the same response. It also says that I signed for it when I was on Duty that day on base unable to sign for it. Buy it from Amazon.

  I like it at first My cats were not scared like I thought they would be. It is very quiet.. the only downfall is after 2 months it's not flowing like it should be. Even after cleaning it. Hardly any water is coming out of the area. Disappointing because I really did like it and so did my cats.

  The first time I got the product I was having difficulties with the machine. It kept overflowing no matter which mode I am in and afterwards the lights for the mode would turn red. I returned it and asked for a new one and still have the same issues. I don’t recommend this product at all! Will be returning for the second time

  Why is it overflowing all over my floor. If the metal tray is in it overflows. It's if the top isn't sitting level. I gave it a 2 star cuz if you remove the metal plate it will only leak a little

  DO NOT BUY! I originally loved this product but a month later it has grown mold inside of it that is not able to be cleaned and I will unfortunately have to throw it away. Pictures aren't the best at showing it but it's there. Hopefully they can fix this issue and update the model.

  I ordered the pink fountain with the app i didn’t get the pink fountain with the app, i don’t even know if i even got a fountain with the app. Unfortunately i can’t return it cause my cats need a fountain especially now since it’s been a tad bit hot these past week, which is why i bought this in the first place! I’m super bummed out ☹️

  Terrible especially for the price point. Since we first got it we had issues with the water overflowing. Sensor may be damaged or defective but not a great experience. very frustrating the amount of time we tried to stop it from overflowing. Tried thoroughly cleaning and replacing filter but same issue. do NOT reccomend.

  It was good for maybe a month, then it started overflowing non stop, it said it was because of the probes but no. I have the cleaning tablets and I deep clean it my self. Still overflowing. This a horrible product compared to the way they were advertising it
