BUYER BEWARE This company had a CHOKEHOLD on my bank account. (See receipts below) and after this package got stolen from my communal mailbox they basically gave me the “oh well” run around. So if you’re at risk of this happening, buy and report to customer service at your own risk.

Straight out the package and there was dirt and hair that’s suppose to be on a new pillow. The pillow it self seems to be ok, but not sure if they sent me a used one.

Dingy, dirty pillow with someone else’s hair on it. Spent 81 minutes on hold to speak to a customer service rep.

This pillow was super flat. After 2 days it didn’t expand evenly. I placed a standard bed pillow, not even a fluffy one, behind the Mellow pillow in the 2 photos. Also, the sections didn’t feel any different from one another. Zero support whether back or side sleeping. I did give 2 stars cause returning the pillow was pretty easy.

The pillow I purchased was terrible. The Adapt Pillow. Would never recommend. Hard... not comfortable. Wish I could return it. I'm sure the company must have a better pillow, but this one is not it.

This pillow would have a great potential if it was made a few inches thicker.

I’m selective when it comes to pillows. I’ve only truly only loved 1 pillow in my whole life. Unfortunately, they stopped making it. This pillow isn’t my favorite. It’s too low & isn’t soft. I prefer the Cloud pillow and that’s what I’m using now. I can sleep all night with the Cloud. Not this one.

I've used this pillow for the last 2 weeks trying so hard to give it a chance but I've woken up every morning with more neck pain and being very stiff. It just did not work for me.

Picture of no pillows as I have not received the last part of my order. And you are asking if I'm enjoying them .... I DON'T HAVE THEM YET. Please follow up with me regarding them. I have sent emails to you and have heard nothing. It was sent to mellow team. I wanted to give you guys an awesome rating as I love the product but to get ahold of someone for concerns is difficult and apparently after product leaves for delivery.... Not your issue is how I feel.

My pillow came at half the height showing here. It’s pretty flat.

Don’t order this! It’s beyond flat and not supportive at all. In fact it made my neck hurt to sleep with it.

I only approve of 1 out of the 3 pillows I ordered. For some reason the 2 pillows feel ROCK HARD & it’s uncomfortable to sleep with. I wish I could return / exchange. For the price we paid for them, I wish I would’ve purchased one of the less-pricy mellow pillow.

So firm. Like folded towel firm. If that's your thing this is your pillow. Well made.

I had high hopes for this pillow, but it is pretty flat and it’s comfortable, but not like what I thought it was going to be for the price point. I’d honestly return it but there’s a $15 processing fee and that’s almost half of my purchase. So there’s no point. My aunt actually has the comforter and that is going to be my next purchase. I really like this brand, but this pillow was underwhelming honestly. My boyfriend made fun of it and said it looks like a stupid dog bed :/

I received a pillow that was opened from the side. I wrote the company two emails to exchange it for a new pillow or refund this one and I never heard back.

Did not find it comfortable in any way! In the bottom of laundry is probably where it’ll remain!

This pillow is so very very firm that my head hurt within the first 10 minutes of using it. It has zero fluff or softness. My pup likes it though so I guess we’ll keep it.

Very flat. I thought it will fluff up after removing from package but I felt like I was sleeping on nothing. I like my pillows a little more fluffy. My pic show the comparison to my current pillow

I’ve never had a pillow that ripped like this. They seemed like good pillows but I will not pay that for this brand again.

Comfort: Hard as a rock is fairly comfortable but not for all night woke up feeling stiff Support: Pillow cases do not wash well either

It's way too thin for my preference. IT feels almost like there is no pillow. After 3 days I had to stop using it.
