I am a bartender/server, sometimes on my feet for 12-14hr shifts. All I think about is coming home to a comfy bed. The mellow topper wasn’t as fluffy or cloud like as I was hoping. Honestly nothing to write home about.

: Very disappointed with this purchase. The mattress topper arrived stained and clearly not in new condition. It looks like a returned item that was repackaged and sold as new. This raises concerns about the seller’s quality control and handling of products. Customers should be able to trust that items listed as new are clean and unused. I would not recommend buying from this seller unless they improve their inspection and packaging process.

This product is not worth the money. It's no where near as fluffy as advertised. I let it set for 3 days and there's absolutely no change since I unpacked it

Not ship products infested with bed bugs and don't put the blame on customers. I've seen online this isn't your first incident with shipping products with bed bugs. I just want my money back.

It’s literally so pointless. Wish I would’ve invested in something else because you can barely tell it’s even there when you lay on it. Beyond disappointed. Not worth $100 at all.

First of all, I’m a big fan of mellow. I have the pillow I have the comforter and I’m obsessed. I was so hopeful about this, but what was advertised and what I got or two completely different things. This was more like a mattress cover, and I couldn’t even tell it was on my bed, sorely disappointed.

This was not fluffy at all. I love the pillow, comforter and throw blankets but the bed topper really fell short. There was practically no fluff to it. I was able to easily get it back into the box it came in, that's how limp in came in. Super bummed. Some of the review photos I saw were much fluffier :(

Disappointed. Not as fluffy as advertised. Felt like sleeping on a rock and lumpy

SUPER thin. This has to be a scam with bots reviewing. Shame on all the people selling this.

Very flat. Definitely isn't worth the price even with the savings. Nothing like the pictures that show around 3in of fluff. Maybe 1 1/2in thick.

Product not as plush as I thought it would be when you first take it out it doesn’t lay as flat. It does take some time to flatten out. It does help, keep the bed cool. I would love another inch or two added to the cushion

Not worth it for the price. I should’ve tried to look harder to see the materials but the whole inner and outer is 100% polyester which literally is not breathable and if anything helps you sweat. It’s not soft or cushion-y. I didn’t even sleep on it bc as soon as I took it out of the bag it was just like a compact comforter. Could’ve got this same quality on Amazon for $30

This was not my favorite Mellow purchase, the pad is wayyy thinner than I thought it would be after having the comforter that is the best one I have ever owned. I will be returning this mattress pad.

Paperthin. Was extremely disappointed and will be returned. Tiktok was great with shipping on time though.

I have bought several mellow products. But this one I was a little disappointed in there was not much cushion, not as soft as described on the videos.

So uncomfortable. Absolutely made my back pain worse. I lost so much sleep.

Not sure why but mine is about a third of the thickness shown in the pictures and will not fluff. It made my bed harder actually because I tried it on top of the cloud comforter which is actually super plushy and comfy. Hopefully others have a better experience

I have many Mellows purchases & I think this is the least one I’m thrilled with. It wasn’t as fluffy or puffy as I expected. I know a lot fakes are going around but I thought it was the real deal. Anyway I have the comforter pillows sheets and now the topper. I love their products this was a miss😔

I do not think it is as thick as it looks on here. I do not feel the fluff everyone else does So with the ruler it says two inches. I am not thrilled by two inches. I would not recommend or repurchase this product.

Majorly let down by the Mellow mattress topper ☹️ it is not nearly as full or plush as the images let on. It doesn’t add much softness to my bed. I let it sit out flat for several days hoping it would improve but it still has weird lumps and lines where the filling is uneven. Not worth the money.
