  I think the bag was not properly made nor pack ! Purse has a continuous sluch and the stitching is OFF ON THE PURSE , and I think the strap is wrong , I’m constantly have to untwist the strap

  My bag has creases all in it, hoping that I can get them out. You all need to pack the bags better so that they don’t have these issues. Not smooth at all disappointing!! And it’s a gift ugh!!🤦🏽‍♀️🙁🙁 I asked for a replacement the answer was no and tried to return for a refund no again!

  I was excited for my bag. It was delivered in a timely manner. It’s damaged. The zipper is broken part of the zip is damaged and there’s a hole in it.

  I don’t like this bag because it is smaller than what they advertise it to be and it is not a large bag and it don’t fit all that they say will fit in there and it show don’t fit a gallon of milk so this is false advertisement to me it is a smaller version

  I was so excited to get my package today and then extremely let down. I Spent $35.00 for a Purse that has Creases on the Left side of it. I’m trying to get them out but No Success. Tried to reach someone No Luck. I will Never Buy from here again and I Will Not Recommend to My Friends or Family.

  I was so excited to get my bags, but to me the bags were a total let down. I am so displeased with these bags. It's much smaller than it was advertised. It does not deserves any stars at all in my opinion. For me the bags were more of a "Bummer Bag", than a "Bum Bag". I think it's time me for me to stop making orders on the Tik-Tok Shop.

  I love the color of this bag. The size is great and it fits well in my wardrobe. However, the hardware is already falling off. I haven't had this bag 3 weeks yet. I'm disappointed in the flimsy way the studs were installed. I've already lost 2. There should be some kind of discount for this.
